Your prospects see their new website before your first call.

Save a business in your Grader and InstaBuild builds them a private one-page site from their own Google listing, photos and words, checked twice before anyone sees it. The link lands on their report and in your CRM.

About ten minutes and a couple of dollars a preview. It runs on your own Cloudflare and your own AI key, with your agency's name on it.

You sent the audit. They read the score. Nobody called.

A score tells an owner what is wrong. It does not make them want anything. A mockup of their own site does, and you know it. So why did you make three this month instead of thirty?

Mockups eat your evenings

A good one takes a few hours: their logo, their photos, their services, a layout that does not look like a template. That is why most prospects never get one.

AI builders look like AI

The quick tools give you the same layout with the name swapped, and they make things up: a "since 1998", a review nobody wrote. One of those in front of an owner and the call is over.

The audit alone gets ignored

Owners get "your website needs work" emails every week. Theirs, already built, with their own trucks on it, is a different conversation.

From a saved prospect to their new site, in three steps.

You pick the business. InstaBuild does the building and the checking. The link shows up where you already work.

Step 1

Pick a prospect.

Search a trade and a town in Grader Kit Pro, grade every website, and save the ones worth a call. Each saved prospect starts its own preview. No Grader? Hand it a spreadsheet of businesses.

  • Their name, what they do and their town is enough to start.
  • Ten or more at once: each build runs in its own cloud machine.
  • You set the daily and monthly caps, and it stops at them.
The InstaBuild form filled in for Entrepreneurs United: what they do, their town, state and website

Step 2

InstaBuild builds it.

It reads their website and Google listing, locks a design that fits their world, builds the page, then runs the two checks below. A build that fails either one is held with the reason, never sent.

  • Their own photos, logo, colors and words. Never stock, never AI images.
  • One moment on the page that only that business has.
  • About ten minutes and a couple of dollars, from your own AI key.

Sped up. The real build in this clip took 10 minutes 54 seconds and cost $1.85.

Step 3

It gets delivered.

The link lands on the prospect's 3-page report with a QR code, in your CRM's "Preview link" field, and in your inbox. Private and hidden from Google, with your agency's name on it. Then you reach out.

  • Text it, email it, or walk in with it on your phone.
  • The contact form on the preview sends leads to your CRM.
  • When they say yes, the finish step turns it into their full site.

This one is real: we pointed InstaBuild at Entrepreneurs United, our own community's site. Open the preview it built.

The preview InstaBuild built for Entrepreneurs United, on a phone

Five ways to use it.

Lead gen

Grade a town's websites, save the weak ones, and walk in or call with their new site already on your phone.

Cold outreach

Send the link instead of the audit. "I built you this" gets read. "Your site needs work" does not.

A free-site offer

Put "get a free preview" on your own site. The owner fills in a short form, their preview builds itself, and you get the lead.

Bulk grading and building

Ten or more at once, each in its own cloud machine. In a test, 13 started together and all 13 shipped. Save a batch at night, pitch it in the morning.

Rank and rent

Live, indexable sites on your own domains, built from the facts you give it, each one different in structure and words.

"Will it embarrass me?" Two checks say no.

Nothing goes to a prospect because an AI said it was done. Every preview has to pass both of these first, and a build that does not is held with the reason.

59 rules

The gates

Every page is checked at five screen sizes, phone to wide desktop: text that runs off the screen, buttons you cannot tap, colors you cannot read, overlapping type, and the tells that make a site look generated. These come from the rules I use on paid client sites.

7 of 7

The accuracy pass

A second AI pass lists every fact on the page (phone, hours, years, services, towns) and traces each one to the business's own data. Anything without a source comes out. On real builds, about one fact in four had no source. In a test with seven false facts planted, it caught all seven and kept the four true ones.

What a preview costs you to run.

You pay the AI company directly, with your own key, at their prices. Measured on real builds, blind scored out of 10 by a separate AI grader. The difference in look is real but small. The difference in cost is not.

Answer a few plain questions (who you are, what you will use it for, which AI, how much to spend) and your AI assistant does the rest. The Claude desktop app works. Never made an API key? There is a guide for that too. Rather not touch it at all? Done-for-you setup is available.

Chad Tennent

I built it for my own prospects first.

I'm Chad. I run Scroll Theory Media in Wooster, Ohio, and I build websites for local businesses. InstaBuild is the system behind my own previews: dozens of them, for real businesses around town, each one shown to the owner before they had paid me anything.

It took a lot of held builds to get here. Every rule in the checks is there because something once went wrong without it. You get the version that survived.

Chad Tennent, Scroll Theory Media

Come talk shop with us.

Entrepreneurs United is the free Facebook community Seth Scrimo and I run for people building a business. Three check-ins a week, honest feedback, and owners who share what actually worked. It's the best place to ask me about InstaBuild, too.

One house rule: no pitching or prospecting other members. It's a place to learn and help, and we keep it that way.

Questions.

Will it look like an AI made it?

That is what the gates are for. Every preview starts from a design direction taken from paid builds (type, color, layout, one signature moment for that business), and the checks fail the tells that make a site look generated. Look at the sample and judge for yourself, or try one free on your own prospect.

Can it get a fact wrong?

The accuracy pass checks every fact against the business's own website and Google listing and takes out anything it cannot trace. You also get a short list of things to confirm with the owner before you pitch, like two phone numbers that disagree.

What does each preview cost me?

About $1.50 to $2.00 on the recommended setting, from your own AI account. Plus $5 a month for Cloudflare Workers Paid. You set daily and monthly caps, and it stops at them.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Setup asks you plain questions, and your AI assistant (the Claude desktop app works) runs the commands with you. If you would rather not, done-for-you setup is available.

Is there a monthly fee?

Not to me. It runs on your Cloudflare account and your AI key, so you pay them directly for what you use.

Whose name is on the previews?

Yours. Your agency's badge, your footer credit, your contact form to your CRM. Nothing on a preview mentions InstaBuild or Scroll Theory.

Can I use a prospect's photos?

InstaBuild only uses the business's own images: their website, their logo, and the photos they posted to their own Google profile. Never stock, never AI images. Previews are private and hidden from Google. Whether to show an owner a preview built from their own photos is your call.

What happens when a prospect says yes?

The finish step turns the preview into their full multi-page site, using your own Claude subscription, with every page checked again before it goes live.

Do I need Grader Kit Pro?

For the automatic flow, where saving a prospect starts their preview, yes. Without it, InstaBuild builds from a spreadsheet of businesses.

Pick one prospect you'd love to land.

Give me their name and town. InstaBuild builds their preview, I look it over, and the link lands in your inbox, usually within about 30 minutes (after hours, first thing the next morning). One per agency, please.
